New York Bulk – Return Policy

At New York Bulk, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging. Products that are opened, used, or not in resellable condition cannot be returned. Certain items, such as consumables and personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales marked “final” are also ineligible for return.

Return Procedure:
To begin a return, contact us at newyorkbulk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.

Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

New York Bulk reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria. We appreciate your understanding and your business.
